To receive the DuraCooler® CD-ROM please read the terms below and complete the simple registration provided.

This registration requires your company’s consent and agreement to the following Conditions of Use and will allow you to receive periodic updates and revisions to the DuraCooler® drawings that Duramax® Marine elects to provide in connection with this CD-ROM.

DURACOOLER® DRAWINGS CONDITIONS OF USE

BY REQUESTING OR USING THE DURAMAX® MARINE CD-ROM CONTAINING DURACOOLER® DESIGN DRAWINGS, WE AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE CD-ROM:

All rights in the contents of and the CD-ROM belong to Duramax® Marine, including all intellectual property rights. The CD-ROM is subject to a copyright interest in Duramax® Marine.
My company may use the contents of the CD-ROM solely for my actual application design drawings specifying a Duramax® Marine DuraCooler® and for no other purpose.
We may use the drawings only after we have contacted Duramax® Marine and obtained sizing recommendations from Duramax® Marine for the specific design drawing and related application.
Before any use of the CD-ROM contents, we must verify with Duramax® Marine that the CD-ROM contains the most current version of the drawings of the DuraCooler® products.
We may not use the drawings for our own promotional, advertising or other purposes without the prior written consent of Duramax® Marine.
We must preserve and reproduce the Duramax® Marine copyright notice on all drawings and if none is present, affix a copyright notice to any reproductions as follows: Copyright 2000 Duramax® Marine.
YOUR COMPANY AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS DURAMAX® MARINE FROM ANY LIABILITY OR LOSSES ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OR LOSS OF THE CD-ROM.
THE CD-ROM AND ALL OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN REGARDING DURAMAX® MARINE DURACOOLERS® IS PROVIDED AS-IS WITH NO WARRANTIES AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.
